Join us for an evening of food, fun, and community!
Enjoy smoked meats, festival games, crafts, a bounce house, and a costume parade — all completely free for the community, so invite your friends and family to celebrate with us!
What to Expect
- Festival Games – From archery to relay races, enjoy classic favorites for all ages.
- Battle of the Hands – Jump into our rock-paper-scissors tournament where everyone starts with a necklace — winner takes all!
- Craft Tables – Create something festive to take home.
- Bounce House Slide – Perfect for kids 3 and up (please remove shoes).
- Photo Area & Contest Entry – Snap a photo at the backdrop and upload it by 6:30 PM for a chance to win prizes in the Costume or Trunk contest.
- Prize Table – Earn tickets by playing games and redeem them for prizes!
Schedule
- 4:30 PM – Setup Team arrives
- 5:00 PM – Trunk hosts & volunteers arrive
- 5:30 PM – Festival opens
- 6:00 PM – Costume Parade
- 6:30 PM – Voting closes for contests
- 7:00 PM – Winners announced & final prizes
- 7:15–8:00 PM – Cleanup & tear down
Contests & Prizes
Vote by 6:30 PM for your favorite trunk, bake-off dish, individual costume, and family costume. Winners will be announced at 7:00 PM and receive Amazon gift cards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category.
